Getting to Solang Nallah
You have to first reach Manali - from where you can take a local taxi to Solang, or request a pickup from Iceland. It is a 13 km drive, will take about 30-45 minutes depending on weather and traffic. Once in Solang, ask anybody for Iceland, it is very easy to locate
Getting to Manali - you can take an overnight bus from Delhi, leaving in the evening around 6pm and reaching Manali around 8 am - 9 am next day morning - its a 13 hour ride. Luxury, sleeper and semi-sleeper buses are available. Semi sleepers (Volvo buses) are very comfortable, safe and cost effective. Go for the buses run by Himachal Tourism. If you wish to fly, Jagson Airlines has daily flights from Delhi to Kullu. Air Deccan also flies Delhi-Kulu at reasonable rates if booked in advance. Flight tickets can be booked here From Kulu, Manali is approx 40 km away, by taxi.
